Johnny Appleseed {Craftivities}

I just got home from seeing Magic Mike...
I have no words!!

Actually, I will say this: if you're looking for a storyline, this movie is not for you.
If you're looking for some eye candy, then this movie is for you.  Channing Tatum, whaaat?

ANYWAY, lol.  I've been working on some Johnny Appleseed craftivities!  I love apples!  Every year I go apple picking and come home with about 50 apples... and everyday after that, I eat an apple with peanut butter as a snack.  Ohmygosh, delicious!!

The first craft I made is Johnny himself, holding an apple with a writing prompt:
The second is an apple tree with another prompt:
And the last is a Johnny Appleseed hat for our little ones to wear:
What do you think?!  I put these three craftivities together in a pack that also includes four writing prompts with options, and seven worksheets {two surveys, word search, etc.}  Here are some more pics from the pack:
If you're interested in my new unit, johnny appleseed {craftivities}, then head on over to my TpT shop to check it out!! And as always, let me know if you love it!!  Or hate it... But I hope you don't hate it! ;)

Love this packet! I will be needing it in September for sure. My mom has always made the appleseed hats, but they were not as cute as yours. Good job with the unit!

amazing.... as always :)

I want to go see that movie!!! I heard from many people it wasn't that amazing, but they HAD to have been referring to that story line. I think I'll pay the money just to see Channing Tatum, hahaha!

Haha! I saw Magic Mike on Friday ...and totally agree with your assessment. The story line wasn't all that bad, but for those out there who love a good plot...NOT for them! and you can never go wrong with Channing Tatum...I mean...come on! Loved coming out of the theater to see lines of women waiting for the next showing... LOL! :)

Anyways, enough about the eye candy...Loving your Johnny Appleseed craftivities! Very cool!

Ahhhhhh I totally want to see that movie! I need to get my girlies together for sure. Will I be covering my eyes? Sometimes too much abs, tan, and manliness makes me cover my eyes and blush. Seriously I am a geek. Very cute unit! You are such a craftivity inspiration. Do you have your kiddos make Johnny Appleseed vests out of paper bags? Those are a fun addition to a Johnny unit as well.

I want to see that movie!! I don't think the movie needs a story line when Channing is in it. :) Love the Johnny Appleseed items. They look great!

By the way. your creativity is truly inspiring. Did you make your color cutouts with a cricut machine? Whatever you did, it's too cute!
